General Questions

 

  • How and where can I find publications?
    Enter a search term or the title of the publication in the search field or use the menu to search for articles within the navigation.
  • Do I have to register to use the platform?
    Yes - but with the initial log-in, you are registered immediately. When you order a publication, additional shipping information will be required during the check-out.
  • Whom can I contact if I have questions?
    You can contact us here.
  • How up-to-date are the publications?
    All publications are up to date. New releases are added in a timely manner.
  • Can I download the publication?
    All publications listed in the webshop can be downloaded free of charge.

  • Where can I view my user account?
    Under the user account tab.
  • Where can I view my orders?
    You can find the orders you placed in your user account.
  • Where can I find my privacy settings?
    In your user account/profile center.
  • How can I change my password?
    You can change your password by clicking on “My user account”. There you can change your password by entering your old password and the new one.
  • I forgot my password. What can I do?
    You can reset your password and assign a new one under “Forgot password”.
  • I forgot which email address I’m registered with. What can I do?
    You can register with a new email address. If this is already taken, this address is already registered. Then you can reset your password.
  • How can I delete my customer account?
    Under privacy settings in your user account, you can request the deletion of your user account.
  • What happens to my personal data?
    You can see the Privacy Policy here.

 

Questions about your orders

 

  • How much do my orders cost?
    Schaeffler offers orders of publications for external customers and interested parties free of charge.
  • Can I track my order?
    You can view your orders under your user account. As soon as your package is shipped, we add the tracking number to the system for shipment tracking (letters are given the “sent” status - tracking is not possible). You can check the status of your order by logging into your user account. If you have questions about the order, you can contact us here.
  • Will I be notified about the current status of my order?
    Once your shipment has been sent, we will send you an email. You will also be notified about the status of your shipment by email.
  • How long does the shipping take?
    To conserve resources, we are currently switching the majority of our publications to print on demand. For this reason, your shipment may take up to 10-14 days within Germany.
