These comprise a high precision guidance system, a rigid support rail, a wear-free drive unit with a servo motor and a user-friendly controller. INA linear, tandem and clamping actuators are integrated modular systems containing all the components required for operation. The actuators are guided by linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies of series KUVE or KUSE or by a track roller guidance system LF. Drive is provided by a ball screw drive KGT or by one or three toothed belts ZR.
